Finding Documents

This month’s topic will review Find Documents (within the VCF Platforms). Users can search for documents using Folder or Document Data Fields, save queries (to manage Storage, workflow items, etc.) and export to a CSV File for reporting or record keeping spreadsheets.

This month’s topic will review the Settings Icon (from the Desktop). Users can change color schemes (Skins), Refresh Interval Timing, and elect if they would like Documents open in View mode within Paperclip.

Quick View

This month’s topic will review Quick View. Quick View is a feature within VCF that allows the user to view all the documents at once, page through each document, edit the document properties, edit the document, and view the entire document at full resolution.

Print-to-TIFF Review

This month’s topic will review Print-to-TIFF. Did you know you can print directly into Paperclip? Print-to-TIFF takes the printer output from any Windows program and turns it into a compressed TIFF image. This makes a quick, easy way to put even extremely large documents into your Paperclip system without printing/scanning.
