As CEO of Paperclip since 2026, Ron is a proven innovator and entrepreneur dedicated to simplifying how the world interacts with financial products. With a track record spanning startups to Fortune 500s like GE Capital & Progressive Insurance, he specializes in digital distribution strategies for insurance, investment, and banking. A University of Chicago MBA graduate, Ron excels at scaling high-performing teams, raising capital, and executing complex M&A integrations to drive rapid market growth.
William is the co-founder of Paperclip and served as CEO and CFO since its inception in 1991. As of April 2026, William now serves as CFO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Paperclip, he was founder and president of Medical Registry Services, specializing in systems for cancer record- keeping in hospitals. William has also held senior management positions at numerous companies, including Numerax and Automatic Data Processing.

Mike Bridges
Since 1995, Mike has held roles at Paperclip including Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Director of Corporate Services, and Consultant. In his current role as President and COO, he is responsible for strategic direction, operations, and corporate communications. Prior to joining Paperclip, Mike was the Executive Vice President and co-founder of CMF Design System. Mike received a Bachelor of Science from Rowan University and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
A visionary and co-founder of Paperclip, Mike holds the positions of Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for product conception, design and software engineering. In his 30-year career, he has developed software products and systems for Synercon Corporation, Henderson Industries, Singer/Kearfott, and Pyrotronics. Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, and MS in Computer Science, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Amy Jeffryes joined Paperclip in April 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience as an insurance technology executive to her role as Chief Product Officer. Amy has held a number of key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Rare Growth, Head of Distribution Technology Experience and Head of Out Brokerage Distribution Strategy at MassMutual, and a trifecta of C-suite roles — COO, CCO, and CMO — at Covr Financial Technologies.
Throughout her career, she has led end-to-end product and operational transformations, new business development initiatives, and technology innovation across the insurance and financial services industries. Her focus centers on creating advisor- and customer-centric solutions that enhance the value and performance of the insurance ecosystem.
Suzy has more than 28 years of business development experience in the insurance technology sector of financial services. Since joining Paperclip Inc. in 1996, Suzy has been critical in driving corporate development and partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and leading the company’s business development of core services. Prior to joining Paperclip, Suzy served as Sales Manager for Anacomp, a Fortune 1000 company delivering micrographics and COLD hardware, software, and service solutions. She also served as Software Manager and Senior Systems Analyst for Datagraphix, and was a Senior Systems Analyst for Nixdorf Computer Corporation. Suzy received a Bachelor of Science in Computers and Information Systems from Tulane University.
Scott began his Paperclip career at our help desk over 30 years ago, and quickly rose through the ranks to become a key executive. Today, Scott serves as SVP of Professional Services and manages the design, deployment and operations of our data centers. Before joining us, he worked as Field Service Technician for Tandy Computer Services and studied Electronics Engineering Technology at DeVry University in Atlanta.
Seguin joined Paperclip's rapidly growing leadership team in August, 2026. Seguin is helping lead Product Management, Business Analysis, and Product Operations across Paperclip’s platform portfolio. Seguin has more than 15 years of experience leading business transformation, technology modernization, and strategic initiatives across insurance, wealth management, employee benefits, and public-sector organizations. He formerly served as Director of IT Business Solutions Partner and Product Management at AmeriLife, acting as a strategic business-technology partner supporting wealth distribution initiatives and digital roadmap development. Seguin formerly help positions at MassMutual as Business Execution Lead for three years, and at Unum in successive leadership roles over more than seven years.
