Seasoned insurance industry product leader joins Paperclip’s growing executive team as the company accelerates its platform innovation strategy

In this role, Seguin will help lead Product Management, Business Analysis, and Product Operations across Paperclip’s platform portfolio.
Seguin joins a rapidly growing leadership team that recently welcomed Ron Alexander as Chief Executive Officer and Amy Jeffryes as Chief Product Officer, signaling Paperclip’s continued commitment to building the executive talent necessary to lead its next phase of innovation and growth. He will partner closely with executive leadership to translate product strategy into disciplined execution, align cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of differentiated solutions to market with speed and confidence.
Seguin brings more than 15 years of experience leading business transformation, technology modernization, and strategic initiatives across insurance, wealth management, employee benefits, and public-sector organizations. He joins Paperclip from AmeriLife, where he served as Director of IT Business Solutions Partner and Product Management, acting as a strategic business-technology partner supporting wealth distribution initiatives and digital roadmap development.
Prior to AmeriLife, Seguin spent three years at MassMutual as Business Execution Lead, where he drove end-to-end ownership of a high-impact initiative portfolio aligned to enterprise growth objectives — delivering 120% first-year ROI on a quoting modernization initiative. Earlier in his career at Unum, he served in successive leadership roles over more than seven years, culminating as Enrollment Solutions Manager, where he led the launch of a national digital enrollment platform that generated over $100 million in first-year sales and reduced manual operational workload by 50% through process redesign and automation.

He has led a 30-person onshore and offshore technology organization and is recognized for his expertise in AI enablement, agile portfolio planning, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
